West Side Bus Tour

Fancy getting out and about during the festival? See some of the most famous sights around rural Lewis in the company of professional tour guide Margaret MacKay in a circular bus tour of Lewis during the Hebridean Celtic Festival.
The tour takes in the world famous Callanish Standing Stones, the Pictish Broch at Dun Carloway and the thatched blackhouse village at Gearranan where you can see live demonstrations of Harris Tweed weaving.
Tickets cost £12 and are available from CalMac ferry on the way over or at the local tourist information office in Stornoway.
Refreshments are available in the restaurant at Gearranan.
The coach leaves at 1230 on Wednesday, 1.30 on Thursday and 12.30 on Friday from the ferry terminal with a pick up point at the tourist office on Cromwell Street. The tour lasts for three to four hours.
