The Hebridean Celtic Festival is pleased to present a trading opportunity during its event this July for arts and craft artisans.

Trading will operate during the festival on the castle green from a designated craft tent situated to the right of the green adjacent to the mainstage. This craft tent is also located beside the family area and we are looking for 10 craft outlets to occupy this space.

There are individual units available within this space, which is a covered structure that will be lit and furnished with tables. Each unit is 6ft width by 6ft depth. Traders are permitted to bring 2 chairs.

Traders can apply for more than one unit, or may collaborate with other producers if they wish, providing this detail is outlined in the application form.

There will be a fee of £130 per unit and each unit will be allocated 2 vendor bands permitting access to the main site. Additional individuals would need to purchase a ticket for the event.

All traders would require public liability insurance and provide evidence of that together with a risk assessment for their stall on application.

All items must be hand crafted by the artist. No imported items (or imported items with finishing details added) or craft kits are acceptable.  Please read our full terms and conditions.

The HCF Trust is now accepting applications from artists/craftspeople.

Deadline for all submissions is 31st May 2013.

Please note: No camping is permitted onsite and no vehicles are permitted outwith set up/delivery times outlined in the terms and conditions.
