As set out in the ticket page we do not mail out tickets. All physical tickets are held at our box office for collection by the ticket buyer.
It is possible to arrange collection by a third party, all they would need is your permission in some visible form that can be presented to the box office staff.
Proof of concession tickets are required at collection point. This must be presented for each concession e.g. Student card (full time students only), ADP, PIP, DLA, proof of age card or whatever format you have available that proves the concession for the reduced price ticket you bought.
The festival box office or shop in the town centre will be located at 1-3 Francis Street. For those who know the town, that is the old Sports World Shop which is in the town centre opposite Boots/Superdrug.
No parking is available at this location as this is in the pedestrianised area.
We would sincerely appreciate if all ticket holders living locally could pop in and collect their tickets as early as possible. Beat the queues on festival week!

Shop will be open Monday / Tuesday the week following the festival on a reduced basis.

Wednesday, 16th July - Ullapool - Stornoway - 10:30 - 13:00pm & Ullapool to Stornoway - 17.30 - 20.10pm

Friday, 18th and Saturday, 19th: 1pm – 10pm.
Located at the main entrance to the festival site this box office opens during the festival for ticket collections.

We do everything we can to make sure we remain open as long as is possible. We cannot take responsibility if you are not admitted should you arrive later, for whatever reason, and find these collection points closed.
Isle of Harris Distillery - Pop up Shop

We will be running a pop up shop within the Isle of Harris Distillery building for collection and purchase of all tickets,
including the Rural Concert in Northton, Harris on Friday 18th July
