Del Amitri are a Scottish alternative rock band formed in Glasgow in 1980s. Best known for their single "Nothing Ever Happens" which reached No. 11. in the UK and their 1995 single "Roll to Me", which was a top 10 hit in Canada and the United States, they have released seven studio albums, five of which have reached the UK top 10. They have sold over six million albums worldwide.
Following a hiatus from 2002, the band reformed and set about touring again in 2014 and 2018 but the desire to bring new music was strong and led to the release of ‘Fatal Mistakes’ in 2021,
