As we continue to shine a light on the fantastic businesses and organisations that support HebCelt, we’re delighted to spotlight Highland Copiers, a long-term sponsor and valued member of the HebCelt family.
Highland Copiers have been supporting the festival by providing us with an industrial copier for both our festival office and on-site operations, ensuring our extensive printing needs are taken care of throughout festival week.
And when we say there is a lot of printing involved in putting on HebCelt, we really mean it! From operational paperwork, signage and schedules to staff information, artist requirements and all those last-minute documents that inevitably appear during a busy festival, having a reliable, high-capacity machine on site is invaluable!
What makes Highland Copiers such a great partner is their understanding of the importance of local service and personal support. Founded in 2013 by Managing Director Mike Rae, the company has grown to become one of Scotland’s leading photocopier and document solution suppliers, supporting more than 1,500 customer accounts across Scotland. Their ethos of “Big enough to cope, small enough to care” is particularly fitting for the way they work with their customers.
Despite their growth, Highland Copiers remain a privately and locally owned business, with bases across Inverness, Elgin, Aberdeen and Glasgow, as well as engineering support in locations including Lewis and the Uist. This local presence means they can provide the fast, responsive support that businesses and events like HebCelt rely on.
Their commitment to customer service has also been recognised nationally, with Highland Copiers named UK Service Team of the Year in 2025, their second win of the award.
For HebCelt, partnerships like this are about much more than simply having the right equipment. They provide practical support that helps our team deliver the festival, keeps things moving behind the scenes and allows us to focus on creating the best possible experience for our artists, volunteers and audiences.
