Award-winning Gaelic singer Alice Macmillan from Point, Isle of Lewis is one of the leading voices of her generation. Born into a family of Gaelic singers, she started learning songs from a very young age from her grandfather John Macmillan, better known as ‘Seonaidh Beag na Lochies’.

At the age of 18, Alice won the Traditional Gold Medal at the Perth Royal National Mod (2022), she then went on to win the Traditional Singing competition at the Pan Celtic Festival in Carlow, becoming one of the youngest singers ever to do so.

Alice will be accompanied by pianist Jack Wolf. They have performed together from a young age both in Dual, Fèis Eilean an Fhraoich’s youth group, and as a duo with their recent online performances drawing attention from far and wide.
