2026 is a very special year for Woody’s Express as they celebrate 40 years of in business - four decades of connecting communities, supporting businesses and delivering a reliable transport service across the Highlands and Islands and beyond.

From their depots in Stornoway, Inverness and Glasgow, Woody’s Express provide a wide range of logistics solutions, including parcel deliveries, collections, depot-to-depot services, pallets, furniture and appliance transport, full loads and international shipping. Their commitment to providing efficient, flexible and dependable transport solutions has made them an essential part of the infrastructure that keeps businesses and communities moving.

For HebCelt, their support goes far beyond sponsorship. Their logistics team are involved throughout the year, working closely with the festival team to help plan, coordinate and manage the movement of equipment and infrastructure required to deliver the event. From discussing requirements and scheduling deliveries, to carefully managing loads and ensuring everything arrives safely and efficiently, their expertise plays a huge role in the smooth running of the festival.

When festival build begins, Woody’s Express are among the first on site, helping to transform the Castle Grounds into the vibrant festival village enjoyed by thousands of visitors each year. From the first deliveries arriving during build week to the final loads leaving once the festival comes to a close, their team is there every step of the way, ensuring everything is where it needs to be, when it needs to be there.

While much of this work happens behind the scenes, it is a crucial part of making HebCelt happen, and we are incredibly grateful for their professionalism, reliability and continued support.
